With Yury Roshupkin resigning as RC46, unrelated I believe to the correct state
of affairs in Ukraine, Pavel Gulchouck was proposed to me as RC46.

In a region large enough with sufficient participation I would prefer a regular
election, but currently we're talking about the immediate continuity of R46 in
Fidonet.

Enough people support Pavel, who already held the office previous, and he is
hereby appointed as the next RC46 until such a time when the R46-sysops desire
to have a more formal procedure once a certain degree of normalcy will have
returned.

I think, we will start regular election in case of any objections or
native candidate.
I see no sense of election in the current situation.
